As a client, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we know that exceptional circumstance can take place in terms of the character of the product we supply.
It may happen so that you are having difficulties while downloading the attached product or its unzipping. Claims associated with that issues must be submitted to our Customer Support Team. If you do not directly contact us within 7 days, you agree that we may consider it as a successful installation of the product with no further refund for a “download issue” reason.
Due to several technical issues of your e-mail account or your own e-mail server, you may not get or receive a delivery confirmation e-mail from us. In this case, we highly recommend contacting us for further assistance. Claims for non-delivery of the product should be submitted to our support in writing or calling within 7 days from the order placing date and time. Otherwise, the delivered product will be considered as received and accomplished.
Such issues must be reported to our Customer Support Team within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be submitted proving that the purchased product is not likely as it is described on our website or agreement. Even all the products are thoroughly tested before delivery, unexpected minor errors may occur. Such issues should be submitted to get our Technical Support Team’s approval. We always keep the right to correct the error or fault within 72 hours. If any defect is approved and we fail to solve it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter provided by a Client, the refund will be issued to the client in full without any compensations. OR, at client’s choice, replacement or renewal of the product of the same or around the same price can be offered; please be advised that temporary access to your web hosting server can be requested by our technical team to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure or unable to provide such access in a timely manner may result delaying resolution of the problem. Refusal to provide access to your web server will be resulted in your inability to qualify for a refund.
